Publicans' Area
We thought it would be useful to create a page containing information useful to you, the publican, as well as making you aware of what CAMRA has to offer. We hope you find this page useful..
- Your pub's WhatPub entry.
- Can we help with publicity?
- Advertising in our branch magazine.
- Could you host a branch meeting?
We intend to add more information, including the Good Beer Guide and CAMRA's Pub of the Year competition.
If you have any feedback about this page or would like to see something added to it then email Tony Wells, our Webmaster, at ku.gro.armac.sdd@retsambew.
CAMRA's online guide to pubs across the UK - independently updated and maintained by thousands of CAMRA volunteers, featuring over 96% of Britain's real ale pubs.
Customer’s and visitors use WhatPub to research pubs, looking up opening times, descriptions, facilities and of course details of the real ales and real ciders on offer. Photos and map data are also available.
What's great about it is that you can submit updates to your pub's WhatPub entry and we’ll manage the changes.
In effect, you can consider this to be your pub’s webpage!
To check and update your pub's entry, just go to https://whatpub.com and search for your pub. If anything needs adding, updating or deleting use the "Send an email to the CAMRA branch" link at the bottom of the page.
Click here for guidelines on keeping your pub's entry up-to-date.
If you'd like to add or update your pub's photos, you can email them to our Pubs Officer: ku.gro.armac.sdd@reciffo.sbup.
Can we help?
Through our active Facebook page and this website we can quickly get your message out to the wider public.
So, if you have an interesting beer on, are planning a real ale event or there's something interesting happening at your pub that you think we'd all like to know about...
Just let us know.Email ku.gro.armac.sdd@tcatnoc.hcnarb.
Advertise in our Branch Magazine
We produce a quarterly (roughly!) full-colour branch magazine, called Channel Draught.
The magazine features a range of articles about the branch, pub news, diary, breweries and the real ale industry and is distributed to real ales across our branch, as well as on our website. Click here to see a recent copy of the magazine.
If you'd like to consider advertising in the magazine please email Martin Atkins, our magazine editor, on ku.gro.armac.sdd@thguard.lennahc.
Host a Branch Meeting
If you have a quiet area that can seat between 10-15 people then we may consider hosting a branch meeting at your pub. The only other thing we ask is that you have one or two quality real ales on offer. Transport may be an issue but if you get in touch we should be able to sort something.
Email ku.gro.armac.sdd@tcatnoc.hcnarb if you think you can help.
